place to rent, anyone?

This is my first time blogging in here..a beginner still...i think this is similar to friendster..whenever i feel like blogging, i will login friendster..i have posted few in friendster but i hardly view it as more and more friends start using FB...nothing much to type actually... kinda tired to think at the moment..i went around the whole Sri Damansara, Damansara Damai,Kota Damansara to search for place to rent today..with ucuk of cuz..**sigh**..finding a house is not a problem, but suitable location and environment within the limited budget is a bit difficult...sri damansara area is quite expensive compared to Damai but Damai is quite congested..both of us prefered landed house and i was thinking to rent somewhere near my working place..its just opposite my office. 2-3 minutes walk i will reach office..yup that close!!unfortunately..ucuk does not like the environment.. after few hours of driving..we found few affordable apartments at Sri Damansara...a 5-storey apartments and the available house is mostly at level 4 and 5..nama jer apartment tp tak de lif... ;p 5-tingkat je kan...and the monthly rent is RM 500/mth which is affordable to both of us..the higher the house, the cheaper the rent..hurmm..i like the place..but i know that our parents will definitely have problems whenever they visits us as they need to climb stairs...pheww (sendiri pun penat tp sbb da malas nak pusing2 lagi..) no available unit at lower level...this aprtment is near to office too...it is 5-7 minutes drive..and the condition of the house is very good..new painted walls, surrounding is very quiet..and master room is equipped with air cond.. :) 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms...and i think the neighbour staying next to me and the opposite is malay...thats good huh!! so both of us agreed to rent the place...we will meet the agent to sign the agreement tomorrow..insya Allah...i will move in first and maybe duduk dgn mak...feb nnt boleh duk dgn ucuk dahh..heheh best!! can't wait...mudah2an semua lancar..amin i am excited...although the wedding preparation is time consuming and tiring at times...nevertheless, i am excited and happy...once we are done with the agreement, we will start buying the furnitures..this will be fun.. till then....
